ACS Gathering 2012

The theme for ACS gathering this year was, 'Arise, Shine, Fan the Flames of Scouting'. At around 7 o'clock, registration started. Subsequently, we were allocated to a class to place our belongings. Soon after that, the drills competition was about to start. In this gathering, our marching contingent comprised of Form 2, Form 3 and also Form 4 members. The commander was our term 2013 unit leader, Leong Kar Mun. This time, our contingent had marched along with a tongkat. Their performance was spectacular and the formations were magnificent.
                                                                                     

                     

 

Following next was modern cooking competition and backwoodsman competition.The theme, 'Summer Paradise'  was used by both the competitions.

Coming up next was Iron Scouts and Iron Guides Competition. Our iron guides have brought glory to our unit by being the champion of iron guides.
 

In the meantime, the knots competition was carried out. After some time, we presented our banner and scarf. After the banner and scarf presentations, we had a short break. After the short break of chit chatting and eating, the gathering officially started.

For the advertising competition, two representatives was asked to advertise a cap. Followed up by the sketch competition and costume design competition.

During intervals of the highlights, we had free dance periods.
And at the peak of the gathering, the moment of announcing the overall champion, and the OVERALL CHAMPION is
